The Contest is organized by Out-Of-Home Media (India) Private Limited (OOH Media) and is open only for Indian residents. |

The contest is valid only for Chennai city and is open for the period of 6 weeks starting from 5th Jan 09 to 14th Feb 09 only |

No response after 14th Feb 09 will be considered valid. |
| 4. |
To participate in the Contest, the contestant needs to send the answers/opinions through SMS (short messaging service) on 575752. |
| 5. |
The Prize(s) shall not be transferable / redeemable for cash. No request shall be entertained by OOH Media in this behalf. |
| 6. |
The contest is open to all persons other than the employees of OOH Media, the companies sponsoring the contest & their parent/subsidiary companies if any and their families and any external agency hired by OOH Media for the contest if any. |
| 7. |
First ten correct entries for the week will be considered as winners and each winner will get two tickets. |
| 8. |
All the winners will be informed by phone on every Thursday and will be given three days to collect their winning tickets |
| 9. |
Next five correct entries will be considered if any of the selected winners fail to collect their winning tickets on time. |
| 10. |
Winners will have to provide a valid identity card and the auto reply text message which they have received from short code 757572 while collecting the tickets. |
| 11. |
The ticket voucher is valid for fifteen days only and from Monday to Thursday for any movie running at INOX - Chennai during the contest period. |

OOH Media is not responsible or liable for any cancellation of shows by any reason by Multiplex/
Theatre. |
| 13. |
OOH Media is also not liable for any warranty either expressed or implied concerning the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize(s). |
| 14. |
OOH Media shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that maybe suffered, or for any personal injury that maybe suffered, as a result of participating in the contest or using any prize. |
| 15. |
Apart from the entitlement to the prize, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims whatsoever against OOH Media, its management and its parent/subsidiaries. |

OOH Media accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize(s) shown. |
| 17. |
The decision of the Judges/ OOH Media management shall be final and binding and is non-contestable. No correspondence will be entertained on the same. |

OOH Media reserves the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or format of the Contest at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason. |
| 19. |
OOH Media shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or any other mishap caused to the Prize(s) after handing over the same to the winner/ his/ her assign(s). |

In case of any dispute or difference in respect of the Contest, the decision of OOH Media shall be final and binding on all concerned. |

The Management of OOH Media reserves the right to cancel / postpone /stop the contest/promotional activity at its discretion. |

All contests shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the contest are subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only. |

Participation in the Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest including as amended by OOH Media from time to time. |
